This pack comprises:

4no. 600x35mm polished stainless steel grab rails
1no. 760x250mm polished stainless steel hinged support arm

Our illustration shows 1 rail either side of a mirror and 1 between the sink basin and the wc, as recommended.
The 4th rail is shown alongside the hinged arm support only for illustration purposes. In practice, this rail can be placed anywhere you wish, and is often fitted to the inside of the wc door to assist opening/closing the door.
